Cancel a subscription

Paid on iPhone (Apple)

Apple handles the charge, so you cancel with Apple:

1. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
2. Tap Gloss, then Cancel Subscription.

Or, in Gloss: Settings, then Plan and spending, then Manage in Apple ID settings. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Plus stays on until the end of the period you paid for.

Refunds for Apple purchases are decided by Apple: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple's guide: Cancel a subscription from Apple.

Paid on a computer (Stripe)

In the Gloss Mac or Windows app: Settings, then Plan and spending, then Manage billing. That opens Stripe's billing page, where you can cancel. Plus stays on until the end of the period you paid for. For a refund, email [email protected].

Fall term pass

The term pass is paid once and doesn't renew, so there's nothing to cancel. It ends on your school's term end date, shown when you bought it. We remind you before the next term.

Deleting your account

Deleting your Gloss account doesn't cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel with Apple first.
